RISE utilizes community partnerships and additional resources to aid consumers, and for consumers to help themselves, through significant life events and barriers.

Emergency Management:

RISE Center received funding from USAging’s Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative. Together with other Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative grantees, we will deliver vaccines and supportive services to more than 2 million older adults and people with disabilities. USAging’s Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative is funded by the U.S. Administration for Community Living. Over the coming months, we will share more information about our plans for this program.

FUND FOR VETERAN ASSISTANCE TEXAS VETERANS COMMISSION HELPING VETERANS STARTS HERE
